We met with a local accounting student this morning and a local JP who talked with me about his esteemed career as a former police officer and educator at the Police Training College. Much certainly has changed since the main provisions of the Bail Act were a handful such that ebail is a real bail. So too with remote witnessing, electronic signing and digital signing processes.
